    Optihist Cromz Eye Drop is a combination of two medicines. It is used in treating allergic eye reactions. It relieves itching, discomfort, and irritation caused due to allergy. It also has antibacterial action that prevent infection of the eyes. It also reduces inflammation (redness and swelling).

    Optihist Cromz Eye Drop is strictly advised to be used only in the eyes. Use it in the prescribed dose and duration. Apply it only on the affected eyes. You must wash your hand before administering the medicine. Do not use it more than the recommended dose. The medicine should not be stopped suddenly without doctor's consultation.

    It is generally safe, but it may sometimes cause irritation, tingling sensation, discomfort, and pain in the eyes. These effects are mild and go away in some time. However, if these effects persist, you should consult the doctor immediately.

Apart from using eye drops, it is advisable to wash your eyes with luke warm water to reduce discomfort.

    HOW TO USE OPTIHIST CROMZ EYE DROP

    Sodium Cromoglycate is mast cell stabilizer which blocks the action of certain chemical messengers responsible for red, itchy, teary eyes. Zinc Sulphate Monohydrate is an antiseptic which treats bacterial infection in the eyes and relieves irritation.

    Quick Tips

    • Optihist Cromz Eye Drop is prescribed for the treatment of allergic eye disease.
    • It should usually be used twice a day (in the morning and the evening). If your symptoms are particularly severe, your doctor may suggest you use them up to four times a day.
    • To avoid contamination, do not touch the dropper tip or let it touch your eye or any other surface.
    • Apply pressure on the corner of the eye (close to the nose) for about 1 minute, immediately after instilling the medication. This will prevent the medication from draining out. Try not to blink or rub your eye.
    • Avoid wearing contact lens until your symptoms are completely gone.
